Directions
- Preheat you Pit Boss Grill to 350 °F
- While your grill is heating up, remove the sausage from its casing, and add it to a mixing bowl.
- Then, mix the sausage, cheese, and milk together and spoon into a piping bag.
- Next, fill the pasta shells with sausage mixture, ensuring the whole pasta shell is completely full. Then, wrap the stuffed pasta shell in strips of bacon, covering all sides.
- Once your shotgun shells are wrapped in bacon, place them on the bottom grate of your Pit Boss with the sear plate closed. Rotate every 4-6 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Finally, brush on your favorite BBQ sauce and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from the smoker and enjoy!
