Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Don't throw out your pumpkin seeds after a night of Holiday pumpkin carving! Instead, toss them in melted butter and some seasoning, and roast them on the Pit Boss for a quick wood-fired snack. Packed with antioxidants and healthy fats, these little seeds can be flavored however you like and shared with family and friends

Ingredients

  • Seeds from 1 pumpkin
  • 2 tsp butter, melted
  • Pit Boss Smoked Salt & Pepper Rub

Directions

  • Preheat your pellet grill or smoker to 300°F
  • Rinse the pumpkin seeds under cold water to rid of any leftover pulp.
  • Toss pumpkin seeds in a bowl with melted butter and BBQ Rub. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Stir pumpkin seeds occasionally.
  • Enjoy!
