Directions
- Preheat pellet grill to 400°F
- Cut or break apart the cauliflower into equal-sized pieces.
- Place a sauté pan in the center of the lowest grill grate and preheat the pan for 2-3 minutes.
- Add butter to coat the pan, then add cauliflower pieces.
- Open the sear plate for a direct flame, and stir the cauliflower every couple of minutes.
- Once the cauliflower is golden brown, close the sear plate and add hot sauce to the pan.
- Move the pan off to the side, season with GSP (or garlic, salt, and pepper), and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Plate the cauliflower and top with blue cheese crumbles. Serve immediately.
