Directions
- Preheat pellet grill to 400°F
- Cut or break apart the cauliflower into equal-sized pieces. Place in medium size bowl and toss with oil and curry powder.
- Place sauté pan in the center of the lowest grill grate and preheat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add butter to coat the pan, then add cauliflower pieces.
- Open the sear plate for a direct flame and stir the cauliflower every couple of minutes.
- Once the cauliflower is golden brown, close the sear plate and move the pan off to the side. Close the grill lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Plate the cauliflower and top with crushed cashews and chopped parsley.
