Directions
- Preheat pellet grill to 400°F
- Clean and rinse the brussels sprouts, then cut each in half.
- Place a sauté pan in the center of the lowest grill rack and allow the pan to preheat for a few minutes.
- Coat the pan with oil then add the brussels sprouts and open the sear plate for direct flame access.
- Stir the sprouts often for even color and cooking. After 5-6 minutes, close the sear plate and add dressing and season with BBQ rub.
- Place the pan on the left or right side of lower grate, close the lid, and allow the sprouts to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the grill and serve immediately.
