Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Looking for an easy and delicious vegetable dish to accompany your next dinner? Look no further than these roasted brussels sprouts with a balsamic dressing. You only need twenty minutes and a few ingredients to make this tasty side dish, so give it a try! 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh brussels sprouts
  • 1/3 cup balsamic dressing
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Pit Boss Maple Chipotle Rub

Directions

  • Preheat pellet grill to 400°F
  • Clean and rinse the brussels sprouts, then cut each in half.
  • Place a sauté pan in the center of the lowest grill rack and allow the pan to preheat for a few minutes.
  • Coat the pan with oil then add the brussels sprouts and open the sear plate for direct flame access.
  • Stir the sprouts often for even color and cooking. After 5-6 minutes, close the sear plate and add dressing and season with BBQ rub.
  • Place the pan on the left or right side of lower grate, close the lid, and allow the sprouts to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the pan from the grill and serve immediately.
