It's all in the glaze! Take your grilled cedar plank salmon up a notch (or three) with an easy raspberry chipotle glaze. Made with Pit Boss Sweet Heat BBQ Sauce, chipotle puree, and raspberry preserves, it's the perfect blend of sweet and spice that makes an unforgettable dinner table dish for all your guests.
Pro Tip: To keep your salmon from sticking, baste some melted butter onto the preheated surface of the cedar plank— just like you would a pan or dish!
Place cedar plank on the grill by itself for 20 minutes.
Lightly baste the salmon with melted butter, then season with Pit Boss Maple Chipotle Rub.
Place salmon on the plank in the grill and allow to cook 3/4 of the way, or for about 25-30 minutes.
Remove from grill and glaze with a mixture of sweet chili sauce, raspberry preserves, chipotle puree, and water. Place back on the grill for another 10-15 minutes to set the glaze.
