Pumpkin Spice Pork Ribs

The Pumpkin Spice Pork Ribs are a barbecue classic with a holiday twist. This easy-to-follow recipe is seasoned with Pit Boss Pumpkin Spice Rub, wrapped with apple juice and butter, and smoked until perfectly tender. You can't go wrong with these juicy, succulent, fall-off-the-bone ribs!

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of Pork Ribs
  • Olive oil
  • Pit Boss Pumpkin Spice Rub
  • Butter

Directions

  • Set your Pit Boss grill to 225°F.
  • Remove the membrane from the bone side of the ribs.
  • Coat ribs lightly with olive oil, and then season generously with our Pit Boss Limited-Edition Pumpkin Spice Rub.
  • Place ribs meat side up on the grill.
  • After 3 hours, wrap each rack of ribs in foil with a tablespoon of butter and some additional rub. Return to the grill for 1.5 hours.
  • After 1.5 hours, unwrap the ribs, and return to the grill for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • When ribs bend 90 degrees, remove, slice and serve.
