Directions
- Set your Pit Boss grill to 225°F.
- Remove the membrane from the bone side of the ribs.
- Coat ribs lightly with olive oil, and then season generously with our Pit Boss Limited-Edition Pumpkin Spice Rub.
- Place ribs meat side up on the grill.
- After 3 hours, wrap each rack of ribs in foil with a tablespoon of butter and some additional rub. Return to the grill for 1.5 hours.
- After 1.5 hours, unwrap the ribs, and return to the grill for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- When ribs bend 90 degrees, remove, slice and serve.
