Directions
- Preheat your pellet grill or smoker to 300°F
- In a large bowl, combine flour and spices.
- In a separate bowl, combine sugar and softened butter until creamy. Add eggs and mix until smooth. Then, add pumpkin puree until smooth.
- Add flour mixture 1 cup at a time into your butter/pumpkin mixture and stir to combine, being careful not to over mix.
- Fold in chocolate chips or chunks (optional).
- Divide into 2 small bread loaf pans and flatten the tops with the back of a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated grill for 70-80 minutes, or until a toothpick is inserted and removed with no residue.
- Let rest until cooled, slice, and enjoy!
