Directions
- Preheat your Pit Boss Grill to 375°F
- Chop all of your vegetables and place them onto foil pans, keeping the cabbage in a separate container.
- Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper + your Pit Boss GSP Rub. Season the cabbage with paprika.
- Place the vegetables on the grill and close the lid.
- Let everything cook for about 20 minutes and then pull off the carrots and asparagus. Let the bell pepper and cabbage continue cooking for about 10-15 minutes.
- Once everything is off, let it cool and then disperse into meal prep containers and serve with your favorite protein!
