Perfectly Grilled Vegetables

Don't sleep on these Perfectly Grilled Vegetables! This is a simple formula that can be replicated with any of your favorite vegetables and added to grilled chicken or fish! I think we can all agree that simple meal preps are the best.

Ingredients

  • Asparagus
  • Carrots
  • Bell Peppers
  • Bok Choy (optional)
  • Green Cabbage
  • Olive oil
  • Salt + Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Pit Boss GSP Rub

Directions

  • Preheat your Pit Boss Grill to 375°F
  • Chop all of your vegetables and place them onto foil pans, keeping the cabbage in a separate container.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper + your Pit Boss GSP Rub. Season the cabbage with paprika.
  • Place the vegetables on the grill and close the lid.
  • Let everything cook for about 20 minutes and then pull off the carrots and asparagus. Let the bell pepper and cabbage continue cooking for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Once everything is off, let it cool and then disperse into meal prep containers and serve with your favorite protein!
