Directions
- Lay chicken wings out on a sheet tray, blot with a paper towel, then season with Pit Boss Chicken & Poultry Rub.
- Fire up your Pit Boss Grill and preheat to 400°F. If using a gas or charcoal grill, set it up for a medium-high heat.
- Transfer wings to grill and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove wings from the grill and set on a sheet tray. Place in the smoking cabinet to keep warm while preparing the garlic butter.
- Melt butter and olive oil in a cast iron skillet, then add garlic and simmer until fragrant. Remove from the grill.
- Transfer chicken wings to a large bowl and pour garlic butter over the wings. Add cheese and parsley, then toss well to coat. Serve warm with additional sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
