Directions
- Turn smoker on to 350°F with the sear grates closed.
- Stab a few holes onto our washed and clean potatoes. Then toss in a bowl with garlic, parsley, Pit Boss Bold Burger Rub and vegetable oil.
- Place in smoker once fully coated with spices and oil. Leave in smoker for 40 minutes or until potatoes can be pierced with a fork with no resistance.
- Remove from grill and set potatoes aside to make room for our cast iron. Once heated toss potatoes and butter onto skillet to give potatoes a crispy outside.
- Finally, almost done, last thing to do is grate some parmesan over our potatoes, garnish with parsley, then dig in.
