Directions
- Turn griddle on and set to a medium heat
- Let us get ahead and make a batch of our pancake batter. Follow the steps on the box. Set your batter aside for now.
- If you are doing sweet: get our banana and slice into ½ inch coins. Toss some butter onto our griddle. Set a few banana slices onto the griddle with some brown sugar sprinkled on each side. Cook on each side for a couple minutes or until the brown sugar caramelized on each side.
- Now that our banana is ready let us pour some batter onto our slices of banana until fully coated. Cook on each side for a few minutes until batter is fully cooked.
- If you are going for salty: get your pork sausage out and portioned into 1 oz small patties, then tossed onto the griddle with some butter. Cook each side for a couple minutes seasoned with some Pit boss GSP Rub.
- Remove all the pancakes from the griddle and place on a plate. Garnish with berries, candied pecan, powdered sugar, and drizzle with syrup. Enjoy!
