Directions
- In a large glass or plastic bowl, combine the beer, soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, sesame oil and Pit Boss Sweet Heat Rub. Whisk well to combine.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss well to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
- Remove chicken wings from refrigerator, drain marinade and pat dry. Preheat Pit Boss Grill to 350°F. Place the wings on a grill pan and grill for 20-25 minutes, or until the wings' internal temperature is 165°F. Remove from the grill, serve and enjoy!
