Loaded Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 8 Bacon, Strip
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Green Onion
  • 4 Large Portobello Mushrooms

Directions

  • Preheat your Grill to 350 degrees F.
  • Core the mushrooms and remove the gills completely.
  • Sprinkle garlic in each mushroom, followed by bacon, 1/4 cup cheese, more bacon and lastly green onions.
  • Place on the grates of your Grill and cook for about 20 minutes.
  • Serve hot. Be careful taking the first bite - they're very juicy!
