Little Smokies

This bacon-wrapped appetizer will be your new go-to for tailgates, holiday parties, and backyard barbecues! Make more than you think you'll need - these Little Smokies disappear quickly.

Ingredients

  • 8 Mini Nathan’s hot dogs
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 2 Tbsp Pit Boss Sweet Heat Rub
  • 5 Tbsp Brown sugar

Directions

  • Set smoker to 300°F.
  • First, cut the bacon and hot dogs in half.
  • Wrap a slice of bacon around a hot dog slice, using toothpicks to hold the bacon in place.
  • Place the wrapped mini hot dogs onto a sheet tray with wire rack.
  • Combine the brown sugar and Pit Boss seasonings in a small bowl to create a rub. Use the rub to cover the little smokies.
  • Place the little smokies in the smoker on the top rack, allowing them to cook for 30 minutes.
  • Once the little smokies are done, remove from smoker and let rest. Then, remove the toothpicks and enjoy!
