Directions
- Set smoker to 300°F.
- First, cut the bacon and hot dogs in half.
- Wrap a slice of bacon around a hot dog slice, using toothpicks to hold the bacon in place.
- Place the wrapped mini hot dogs onto a sheet tray with wire rack.
- Combine the brown sugar and Pit Boss seasonings in a small bowl to create a rub. Use the rub to cover the little smokies.
- Place the little smokies in the smoker on the top rack, allowing them to cook for 30 minutes.
- Once the little smokies are done, remove from smoker and let rest. Then, remove the toothpicks and enjoy!
