Jalapeño Bacon Pull-Apart Bread

Spicy, cheesy, and delicious, this Jalapeno Bacon Pull-Apart Bread will make you and your crew happy campers! The best part? You can prep this recipe ahead of time and store it in a cooler until you're ready to bake.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Can Pillsbury Flaky Layer Biscuits
  • 1/4 Cup Soft Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 Strips Cooked and Chopped Bacon
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 large jalapeno, sliced

Directions

  • First, remove the Pillsbury biscuits from the can and quarter each biscuit.
  • Next, place the quartered biscuits in a mixing bowl with all other ingredients listed above and mix on a low setting until all ingredients are combined.
  • Spray or butter your meal prep pan, pour the dough mixture in, and gently press down. This will ensure that the dough bakes evenly.
  • Then, cover the pan with the provided lid, and keep it as cool as possible until you’re ready to bake.
  • When you’re ready to bake, preheat your Pit Boss to 350°F and allow to bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
  • When the bread is done baking, remove from the Pit Boss, then allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
