Directions
- Preheat your wood pellet grill or smoker to 350°F.
- Grill the hot dogs until they reach your desired color. We recommend slightly charring them.
- Remove from the grill and cut into quarters. Mix them in a bowl with your BBQ sauce, BBQ rub and dark soda.
- Place the mixture into a half size aluminum pan and place back on the grill for another 40-50 minutes stirring every 10 minutes until the sauce becomes tacky.
- Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
