Directions
- Put veggies on the Pit Boss at 225°F for 2 hours. Wrap your garlic in foil for the majority of the time and unwrap with about 30 minutes to go.
- Put everything in a food processor and add seasoning salt, sea salt, lime juice and cilantro
- Mix in the food processor until it’s the consistency you like.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips!
