Directions
- GARLIC SOY SAUCE: In a blender, blend garlic, soy sauces, and water until smooth. Set aside.
- CUCUMBER SALAD: In a bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, mint, and basil. Drizzle with rice vinegar and avocado oil, as desired. Set aside.
- Preheat your grill to 500°F.
- Season the fish steaks with BBQ rub and coat with avocado oil to prevent sticking to the grill grates.
- Grill the seasoned steaks over an open flame, just until they've developed grill marks. Remove from grill or keep cooking until desired doneness. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the tuna and divide into 4 portions. Serve with sliced avocado and cucumber salad. Drizzle with homemade black garlic soy sauce and add wontons and sesame seeds, if desired. Enjoy!
