Grilled Watermelon

This sweet and savory recipe is easy to throw together, and perfect for enjoying with friends and family. Great as an appetizer, or as a side dish, these grilled watermelon slices will be your new go-to for the summer months.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole watermelon
  • Olive oil
  • 2 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • Pit Boss GSP Rub
  • Fig balsamic glaze

Directions

  • Start by preheating your smoker to 350°F.
  • Cut your watermelon in half, and then into quarters. Cut into individual triangles of ½ an inch thick.
  • Coat the watermelon with a little bit of olive oil before seasoning with Pit Boss GFP rub.
  • Grill over the open sear grate, allowing to cook for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Garnish with the fig balsamic glaze and feta cheese and enjoy!
