Directions
- Let's get our smoker turned on and set to 350°F.
- While the smoker is getting hot, let’s get our watermelon prepped.
- Get half a watermelon, then cut into quarters with the thickness of being ½ an inch.
- Before tossing onto the smoker with the sear plate open, sprinkle Pit Boss GSP Rub onto our watermelon. Grill on each side for 3 minutes, then remove from grill to rest.
- Garnish with our glaze and feta cheese. Last thing to do is to take a bite and enjoy.
