Directions
- Start by preheating your smoker to 350°F.
- Cut your watermelon in half, and then into quarters. Cut into individual triangles of ½ an inch thick.
- Coat the watermelon with a little bit of olive oil before seasoning with Pit Boss GFP rub.
- Grill over the open sear grate, allowing to cook for 3 minutes on each side.
- Garnish with the fig balsamic glaze and feta cheese and enjoy!
