Directions
- In a bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and salt until well mixed. Set aside in the refrigerator.
- Heat your refried beans on the stove in a small pan and leave warm while grilling.
- Preheat your grill to 350°F.
- Wrap each hot dog with a piece of bacon, and secure on both ends with half a toothpick.
- Grill your hot dogs until the bacon is crispy.
- Remove the toothpicks from each hot dog. Assemble them like so: Spread some refried beans in the bottom of the buns, add the hot dogs, sliced avocado, and a scoop of pico de gallo on each. Drizzle with chipotle mayo, if you have it.
