Directions
- Combine BBQ rub, brown sugar, rosemary, soy sauce and warm water in a bowl until the sugar granules dissolve. Pour mixture over pork chops in a large Ziploc bag or container. Cover or close and leave to marinade in the fridge for 1-6 hours.
- When you're ready to cook, preheat your grill or smoker to 350°F.
- Lightly oil the grill grates. Remove the pork chops from the marinade, shake off the excess, and place each directly on the grates.
- Grill the pork chops until the pork is no longer pink in the center, while brushing occasionally with any reserved marinade, for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until done.
- Remove the pork chops from the grill and serve.
