Grilled Peaches

Once you grill your peaches, you'll never go back! Simply sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon, this easy treat is a surefire way to get your daily serving of fruit while you man the grill. Great for camping, late-night desserts, or to impress a guest - and easily served with your favorite ice cream. 

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Pit Boss Smoked Salt & Pepper Rub
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
  • 3 Full Peach, Halved and Pitted
  • 1 Tbsp Butter, Melted
  • Ice Cream, Prepared

Directions

  • Start your grill on smoke with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes).
  • Preheat to 400°F.
  • Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • Brush peach halves with melted butter.
  • Once your is preheated, place the peach halves cut side down on the grates.
  • Grill for 5-7 minutes, or until grill marks begin to form.
  • Flip peaches over and sprinkled cinnamon sugar.
  • Grill until the sugar mixture begins to caramelize, another 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
