Directions
- Preheat your Pit Boss® grill to 425°F. Chop the potatoes, bell peppers and onions and add them to a skillet with olive oil and seasonings. Mix well to coat the vegetables.
- Place the skillet on the grill and close the lid for 15 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to your skillet, and mix to combine. Cover for another 7 minutes.
- Crack the eggs over the hash, and let cook for 7-10 minutes. Eggs yolks should be slightly firm.
- Remove from the grill, rest, and top with chopped parsley.
- Enjoy right away, or distribute into meal prep containers and reheat throughout the week!
