Ingredients
3 bunches small/medium sized asparagus
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
10 oz. sliced red onion (about 3/4 medium-sized onion)
1/2 oz. sliced basil
4 tbsp Butter
Directions
Preheat your gas griddle to a medium heat.
Melt butter and add mushrooms. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add onions and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Add chopped asparagus and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
Lastly, add fresh chopped basil and season to taste.
