Directions
- Preheat your flat top gas griddle to high heat.
- Combine 2 tsp sesame oil and 5 tbsp of soy sauce in a shallow bowl or ziploc bag. Add the tuna steaks and allow to marinate for 1-2 minutes, making sure all sides are coated in the marinade.
- Pour sesame seeds onto a plate. Press the marinated tuna steaks into the sesame seeds to cover all sides.
- Place the tuna on the preheated griddle surface. Cook until you see the edges turn tan, then flip and cook the other side.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy with more soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce!
