Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Calling all steak lovers! These seared steak bites are cooked to perfection and tossed in a garlic and parmesan butter sauce. A quick and easy meal or party appetizer to make that will disappear in seconds. Steak and garlic butter couldn’t be a better combo and you must try these!

Ingredients

  • 1 NY Strip Steak Or Rib Eye, Trimmed And Cut Into 1-Inch Cubes
  • Pit Boss Smoked Salt & Pepper Rub
  • 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2-3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • Parsley, For Garnish

Directions

  • Preheat Pit Boss griddle to medium.
  • Season steak cubes with Pit Boss Smoked Salt & Pepper Rub.
  • Heat oil and once it’s sizzling, place the steak cubes on the griddle in a single layer.
  • Cook about 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare making sure a nice brown crust forms.
  • Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, add butter, garlic, and parmesan cheese. Place on the griddle and cook until the butter and cheese has melted.
  • Place steak bites in a bowl and pour the garlic butter sauce. Toss to combine.
  • Plate and garnish with parsley. Use leftover garlic butter for dipping.
