Directions
- Preheat Pit Boss griddle to medium.
- Season steak cubes with Pit Boss Smoked Salt & Pepper Rub.
- Heat oil and once it’s sizzling, place the steak cubes on the griddle in a single layer.
- Cook about 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare making sure a nice brown crust forms.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, add butter, garlic, and parmesan cheese. Place on the griddle and cook until the butter and cheese has melted.
- Place steak bites in a bowl and pour the garlic butter sauce. Toss to combine.
- Plate and garnish with parsley. Use leftover garlic butter for dipping.
