Easy Ribs

Looking for a recipe that requires very little prep work? Well, the name of this one says it all. Roll out these Easy Ribs for a dish everyone will think you broke a sweat for. Go ahead and let 'em think that, we won't tell.

Ingredients

  • 1 Rack Baby Back Rib
  • 1 Bottle Pit Boss Sweet Rib Rub

Directions

  • Remove the ribs from their packaging and pat dry. Flip to back of ribs and score the membrane with a knife, then peel off the membrane.
  • Generously sprinkle the ribs with Pit Boss Sweet Rib Rub on both sides of the ribs and rub.
  • Set your Pit Boss Smoker to 250°F. Once the smoker is ready, add the ribs and smoke for 4 hours, or until the ribs are tender and the meat is pulling away from the bone.
