Directions
- Remove the ribs from their packaging and pat dry. Flip to back of ribs and score the membrane with a knife, then peel off the membrane.
- Generously sprinkle the ribs with Pit Boss Sweet Rib Rub on both sides of the ribs and rub.
- Set your Pit Boss Smoker to 250°F. Once the smoker is ready, add the ribs and smoke for 4 hours, or until the ribs are tender and the meat is pulling away from the bone.
