Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup white cheddar
  • 1 1/2 cups dill pickle chips
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Hot honey
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Preheat your Pit Boss Grill to 350°F with the pizza stone inside. Allow this to preheat for 20-25 minutes.
  • With a fork, poke holes all over the surface of your premade pizza dough and allow the dough to come up to room temperature.
  • MAKE THE SAUCE: in a medium skillet, melt butter and saute the garlic for 30-60 seconds. Add in flour and whisk for one minute to break down clumps. Slowly start to add in milk, whisking between each pour. Once all the milk is added, whisk for an additonal 3-5 minutes and allow to thicken slightly. Add in 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and salt and pepper and whisk for an additional minute until sauce is thickened. Room from the stove and set to the side.
  • ASSEMBLE THE PIZZA: Evenly spread out the white sauce across the surface of the dough. Top with your shredded cheeses, bacon bits, pickle chips, and dill.
  • Transfer pizza to your preheated pizza stone. Cook for 30-35 minutes or until crust is cooked through and cheese is bubbling.
  • Remove from the grill and garnish with red pepper flakes, hot honey, and fresh parmesan cheese. Cut into 8 slices and serve!
