Directions
- Preheat your cast iron over your campfire. We recommend suspending the Pit Boss Cast Iron Camp Oven over the fire or placing it directly on hot embers.
- Line the bottom of your cast iron with butcher paper, or parchment paper.
- To prep your ingredients, dice the tomatoes and slice the jalapeno and green onion.
- Begin layering your ingredients in the cast iron camp oven; Layer chips, cheese, chorizo, and veggies until the cast iron is full.
- Cover the cast iron with a hot lid and place it next to your campfire rotating every 4-5 mins until the cheese has melted.
- Carefully remove from heat and enjoy!
