Directions
- First, preheat your cast iron over your campfire. We recommend suspending the Pit Boss Camp oven over the fire or placing it directly on hot embers.
- Line your hot cast iron with butcher paper and prep your ingredients: dice the tomatoes and slice the jalapeno and green onion.
- Then begin layering your ingredients in the cast iron camp oven; Layer chips, cheese, chorizo, and veggies until cast iron is full.
- Finally, cover the cast iron with a hot lid and place it next to your campfire rotating every 4-5 mins until the cheese has melted.
- Carefully remove from heat and enjoy!
