Cuban Hot Dog Sandwich

This creative twist on a classic Cuban Sandwich features hot dogs in place of traditional pork roast. Easy to make, and even easier to share with friends and family, you won't want to miss out on this one-of-a-kind recipe.  

Ingredients

  • Nathan’s Beef hot dog, cut in half lengthwise
  • Hot dog bun, cut in half
  • 3 slices Black Forest ham
  • Pickle slices
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half

Directions

  • Preheat Pit Boss® griddle to medium.
  • Cook hot dog.
  • Spread mustard on both sides of bread and top with Swiss cheese.
  • Layer bottom half of the bread with ham, hot dog, and pickle slices.
  • Place back on griddle and us a spatula to press down on the sandwich. Cook, flipping once until the outside is golden, crispy, and the cheese has melted. About 5 minutes.
