This recipe features chicken wings grilled to perfection on the Pit Boss pellet grill, then coated in savory, homemade cowboy butter. Prepare your Cowboy Butter by adding butter, parsley, chives, garlic, lemon juice and zest, mustard, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, chipotle, salt, pepper, and onion powder in a bowl. Mix to combine and set aside.
In a separate bowl, coat the wings with 3 tbsp of oil and season with Pit Boss Competition BBQ rub. Mix until wings are evenly coated.
Grill the wings until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F, about 15-18 minutes.
Remove the wings from the grill and add to a clean bowl with your homemade Cowboy Butter. Toss until evenly coated.
