Directions
- Preheat your wood pellet grill to 500°F
- Prepare your Cowboy Butter by adding butter, parsley, chives, garlic, lemon juice and zest, mustard, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, chipotle, salt, pepper, and onion powder in a bowl. Mix to combine well and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, coat wings in 3 tbsp oil and season with Pit Boss Competition BBQ rub. Mix until wings are evenly coated.
- Grill the wings until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F, about 15-18 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and add into a clean bowl with your homemade Cowboy Butter. Toss until evenly coated.
- Serve while hot!
