Corn on the Cob

Corn on the Cob gets an upgrade when you introduce it to your Pit Boss. This grilled corn on the cob is buttery and delicious with a little kiss of wood-fired flavor. Sprinkle on your favorite seasonings to finish it off.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Butter, Melted
  • 6 Corn, Cob
  • Salt
  • To taste Pit Boss Smoked Salt & Pepper Rub

Directions

  • Preheat your Grill to 400°F.
  • Husk the corn and be sure to remove all the silk. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
  • Place the corn on the grates of your grill, and rotate every 5 minutes until your desired level of golden brown is achieved. Brush with butter halfway through (or as much as you feel - the more the better).
  • Serve warm. Enjoy!
