Directions
- Mix together the Coca-Cola, soy sauce, Worcestershire, Liquid Smoke, granulated onion, and granulated garlic in a large container to create a marinade.
- Place the pork ribs in the marinade and allow to sit for at least 8 hours. We recommend marinating for 24 hours for the best results.
- Remove the ribs from the marinade and allow to air dry before seasoning. Once the ribs are dry, season with Pit Boss Maple Chipotle and raw sugar on all sides.
- Preheat your Pit Boss smoker to 275-300°F, then place the ribs directly on the grill grates and smoke for 1 hour.
- After an hour of cooking, baste with melted butter and cook for another hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the ribs from the smoker and place them into an aluminum foil pan. Baste with butter, then add one can of Coca-Cola to the pan. Cover the pan with foil and place it back onto the smoker for 1 1/2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F.
- Remove the ribs from the pan and place them back onto the smoker for about 20 mins to create a bark.
- Remove from the smoker one final time, allow to rest, slice, and enjoy!
