Directions
- Set smoker to 400°F.
- Lay out cupcake sheet tray, flipped upside down. Spray the underside of the tray with oil.
- Unroll each of the cinnamon rolls and reshape on the cupcake tray.
- Set tray in smoker and bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
- Remove from smoker, then transfer cinnamon rolls onto a wire rack to cool down.
- Top off with your favorite ice cream and enjoy!
