Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream Cups

Skip the cone, because these Cinnamon Roll Cups are the perfect vessel for your favorite ice cream! Quick and easy to make, these edible cups take ice cream up a notch. We recommend topping them with a scoop of peppermint ice cream for a yummy holiday treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack cinnamon rolls
  • Pit Boss Pecan Rub
  • Favorite ice cream (we recommend peppermint)
  • Fresh mint for garnish (optional)

Directions

  • Set smoker to 400°F.
  • Lay out cupcake sheet tray, flipped upside down. Spray the underside of the tray with oil.
  • Unroll each of the cinnamon rolls and reshape on the cupcake tray.
  • Set tray in smoker and bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
  • Remove from smoker, then transfer cinnamon rolls onto a wire rack to cool down.
  • Top off with your favorite ice cream and enjoy!
