Directions
- Set griddle to medium high heat.
- Remove the skin from the chicken thighs and butterfly. Coat the thighs with extra virgin olive oil, season with Pit Boss Chicken & Poultry, and place on the griddle. Cook on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from the griddle to cool, then shred.
- Build the sliders, starting with the bottom half of the slider buns. Layer on the shredded chicken, pesto, mozzarella, and sliced tomatoes.
- Close the sliders up with the top buns, slice, and enjoy!
