Directions
- Preheat your grill to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, combine cheese, bacon, jalapeno and ranch dressing.
- In a separate large bowl, combine ground beef with enough salt and pepper to taste, and any additional BBQ Rubs.
- Form meat into patties and place on a pan. A good rule of thumb is for each patty to be about the size of the palm of your hand.
- Using a clean glass, press into each patty, leaving the imprint of the bottom of the glass in the patty. Stuff the cheese mixture into the indent.
- Grill for 25 minutes or until the ground beef reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Serve hot.
