Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Pit Boss Bold Burger Rub

Tools

Directions

  • Preheat your grill to 350°F.
  • In a small bowl, combine cheese, bacon, jalapeno and ranch dressing.
  • In a separate large bowl, combine ground beef with enough salt and pepper to taste, and any additional BBQ Rubs.
  • Form meat into patties and place on a pan. A good rule of thumb is for each patty to be about the size of the palm of your hand.
  • Using a clean glass, press into each patty, leaving the imprint of the bottom of the glass in the patty. Stuff the cheese mixture into the indent.
  • Grill for 25 minutes or until the ground beef reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Serve hot.
