Directions
- Preheat your Pit Boss® Grill to 350°F
- Place all ingredients in a Pit Boss cast-iron skillet, or other oven-safe container. Reserve 1/2 cup of swiss cheese for topping.
- Place the skillet on the grill and bake for 20 minutes, stirring every 5-7 minutes.
- In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle the remaining shredded swiss cheese on top of the Reuben dip.
- Remove from the smoker when it begins to bubble and the top is lightly browned, and serve with crackers or chips.
