Directions
- Preheat the Pit Boss to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce until smooth.
- Fold in the chicken, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese (if using).
- Transfer the mixture to a cast iron skillet.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly bubbling
- Add in thinly sliced jalapenos for the last 10 minutes of cooking for a little extra kick!
- Serve with celery, carrots, and tortilla chips, and enjoy!
