Directions
- Fire up your Pit Boss and preheat to 450°F. If using a gas or charcoal grill, set heat to high heat.
- Rub wings generously with Pit Boss Sweet Heat Rub and transfer to wing rack.
- Place rack on grill and cook for 20 minutes, rotating after 10 minutes.
- Baste with sauce, then cover and grill an additional 5 to 7 minutes. Note your cooking time will vary depending on the size of the wings. When done, wings should have an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove wings from grill and transfer to a baking sheet and let rest for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer wings to a large bowl and coat with the Buffalo Sauce. Shake the bowl around gently to combine or use a spatula to ensure every wing is coated.
- Serve hot with extra sauce, celery, and bleu cheese dip.
