Directions
- Preheat your Pit Boss Grill to 225°F.
- While your grill is heating up, pull the membrane off the beef back ribs, and season the ribs with Pit Boss GSP on all sides.
- Next, place your beef back ribs directly on the grates of the smoker, and smoke for 2 1/2 hours. Be sure to spritz every half hour for best results.
- After 2 1/2 hours of smoking at 225°F, pull the ribs off the smoker, coat them with softened butter, and wrap the ribs with butcher paper.
- Then, place the ribs back on the smoker at 275°F for another 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Remove the ribs from the smoker, and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes.
- If desired, glaze with BBQ sauce and place back on the smoker for an additional 20 minutes.
- Remove from the smoker, slice, and enjoy!
