Sweet & Salty Bacon-Wrapped Weenies

Game Day has never been so easy! Sweet, spicy, and smoky, these bacon-wrapped weenies are sure to impress even the pickiest of attendees. Just pop them in your Pit Boss 20 minutes before the Big Game and you'll have a perfect appetizer, every time.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Maple syrup
  • Lit'l Smokies
  • Bacon

Directions

  • First, preheat your pellet grill to 400°F.
  • In a bowl, combine brown sugar, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Pour into a Ziploc back.
  • Add lit'l smokies to the bag with a little maple syrup (to help the sugar mixture stick) and shake to coat them entirely.
  • On a cutting board, cut your strip of bacon into thirds and wrap each smokie with a piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick through the middle.
  • Place your smokies on the grill at 400°F until the bacon begins to crisp up. Flip every ten minutes to cook evenly.
  • Remove from smoker, and enjoy!
