Directions
- Start your pellet grill on ''smoke'' with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes). Preheat to 350°F.
- Place the bacon on a bacon rack and set in the grill. Cook until crispy, about 15 minutes.
- Once slightly cooled, crumble the strips into small pieces and set it aside.
- Grill the frozen French fries based on the package instructions, cooking on a pan in your grill instead of an oven.
- Once fries are golden brown, sprinkle cheese and bacon on top, and return the pan to the grill to barbecue at 450°F for 1 minute. Remove from grill.
