4 Slices Bacon, Cooked

4 Cheddar Cheese, Slices

1 Pound Ground Chuck

4 Hamburger Buns

4 Lettuce, Leaves

1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Pit Boss Chop House Steak Seasoning

    1. Start up your Pit Boss. Then, set the temperature to 350°F.

    2. In a large bowl, mix the Pit Boss Competition Smoked Seasoning and ground chuck until thoroughly combined. Press evenly into the sheet pan and freeze for 10 minutes or until firm but not frozen.

    3. Wash the cookie cutter and repeat step 2 with the burger buns and cheese slices. Set aside.

    4. In a saute pan, heat the olive oil and cook the onions over low heat until soft and caramelized, about 15 minutes. Set aside.

    5. Grill the sliders for 7-10 minutes or until the burgers are to the desired degree of doneness.

    6. Remove the burgers from the grill and assemble the sliders: place lettuce on the bottom bun, followed by the patty, cheese, bacon, caramelized onions, and top bun. Serve and Happy Valentine’s Day!
