Start up your Grill on "SMOKE" mode. Once the grill is turned on ensure the grill’s lid is open to allow smoke to flow out of the grill. Allow the fire to mature for about 4 – 5 minutes. Then set the temperature of the grill to 375 degrees F. Preheat the grill for 10 – 15 minutes and keep the lid closed.
Next wrap bacon strips around each hot dog. Once wrapped around the hot dogs, grill the hot dogs on the grill for 10 minutes on each side.
Finally, place hot dog buns on the grill and spread your favorite sauce on the buns. Then place the grilled hot dogs, cheese, onions and vegetables on to the hot dog. Share and enjoy!
