The wings end up crispy and slightly charred on the outside, while still moist and juicy on the inside. We recommend using a wing rack to avoid flare-ups and any skin sticking to the grates.

For crispier, juicier wings, try cooking them while they are still frozen. Chicken wings are small enough to cook down all the way even if they are frozen when you place them on the grill.
