The bars start with a yellow-cake and graham cracker base layered with melty chocolate chips, marshmallow creme finished with a crunchy graham topping. Smoking them adds delicious wood-fired flavor without having to stand over the campfire.

Wet the back of a spoon with ice water, or spray with non-stick spray in order to evenly spread the marshmallow creme.
