4 chopped Bacon, Strip

4 Egg

1/4 Cup Green Bell Pepper, Diced

Green Onion

1 Cup Half - and - Half

1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

1/4 tsp Nutmeg, Ground

1 at Room Temp Pie Shell, Deep

1/4 Cup Red Bell Peppers, Diced

1/8 Cup Red Onion, Chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat Grills to 425F.

  2. Place the frozen pie crust in a pie dish. Bake according to the directions on the box (bake at 425F for about 10 minutes). Don''t forget to prick the bottom with a fork!

  3. in a bowl. Pour into the pie crust and bake in your for about 30 minutes.

  4. Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!
