1 1/2 Pounds Beef, Ground Round

1/2 Cup Breadcrumb, Dry

2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed

3/4 Tsp Italian Seasoning, Dried

1 Tsp Mustard, Dry

1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

1/3 Cup Parsley, Minced Fresh

1/4 Tsp Crushed Red Red Bell Peppers

1/4 Tsp Salt

1/4 Cup Tomato Sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. Start your Grill on ''smoke'' with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes). Preheat to 400F.Place all ingredients in a bowl, combine them and stir well. Shape the mixture into 30 meatballs (1 ½ inches in width). Spray a broiler pan with cooking spray, place on the grill, and bake for 15 minutes until fully cooked and browned. Remove from grill, cool for 5 minutes, and serve.
