Pit Boss Mushroom Swiss or Bacon Cheddar Burger Seasoning
1 1/2 Cups
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Set grill to 350°
In a small bowl, combine cheese, bacon, jalapeno and ranch dressing.
In a large clean bowl, combine ground beef with enough salt and pepper to taste.
Form meat into patties and place on a pan. Using a clean glass, press into each patty, leaving the imprint of the bottom of the glass in the patty. Stuff the filling into the indent. Grill for 25 minutes or until the ground beef reaches an internal temperature of 160°. Serve hot.
